It is made exclusively of cotton, by sheet, mould-made, and has characteristic deckled edges.
The watermark is located in the lower right-hand corner of the sheet and reproduces the CMF mark surmounted by a star, all enclosed in a circle (CMF for Cartiere Miliani Fabriano)
